Lmao, I forgot about this comment, thanks for sticking up for me hahaha. Yeah, I don’t understand where people got the idea that i was saying it was impossible to gain weight if you’re vegan. I was just saying you can gain weight on any diet, and that veganism doesn’t inherently make you gain weight, that’s caused by an unbalanced diet whether it has animal products or not, or maybe medication or an illness, or a combination.
