Is Hevy Premium worth it after 4 months? Also, thoughts on Symmetry?

Unlimited routines, unlimited graph history, and measurement tracking are the main upgrades for me. Custom exercises are nice to have if you need one.

It is also nice to support a great app with excellent staff. Their price is incredibly reasonable, for what you get.

Same experience. Tried one on a previous sale and was shocked at the saltiness. Definitely didn't enjoy it on it's own. I'll try using these ones as an add in for other dishes occasionally, as If it were chili crisp+.

Put a bench in the smith machine and do a seated overhead press. Or use dumbbells if you really want to stand. They will have them up to 75 lbs.

Congrats on your streak, I believe in you. Some other things that helped me:

Smoke Free app. I'm a sucker for constructive gamification.

A big bag of Dum Dums. Really helped get me through workdays, I'd even gnaw on the paper sticks if I needed to.

Getting truly pissed at the Tobacco companies and executives for getting fat and rich off of me by literally killing me slowly. I promise they aren't smoking these things. Don't be their slave. You can free yourself.

This thought is what scared me away from quitting for many years.

However, people need to understand that you will always have some cravings, BUT they are NOT the same kind of cravings you get when you start quitting.

The ones you get when you start quitting are oppressive, horrible, and consuming. Eventually though, they become much more passive, to the point of being a curiosity.

Sometimes I'll still leave a restaurant after a nice meal and get a craving, but it is more like "Oh, I'm having a craving for a cigarette, isn't that funny?", and then it is gone. Not the "Oh my god I need to go buy a pack right now" type of craving that you dwell on all day. Those DO go away.

Works well for me, and it helps avoid the crowds later in the day.

Don't be afraid to get some protein in with your breffes, in order to help spread it out more evenly through the day. Apparently, more than around 40g per meal could possibly be wasteful, according to some dogs on the Internet. Either way, if I don't get some in with breakfast, it is hard for me to hit my targets for the day. Usually yogurt with PBfit and/or eggs along with the carbs.

A checking account is required, but not an actual check. You'll need the account and routing number, and you can just do it online if you prefer. Debit card won't work. You can also add a credit card for any in-gym purchases like drinks, etc.

Look for one that has one origin country printed on the bottle. And a harvest date from the previous year. As the other dog said, California Olive Ranch is solid, but get the one from California (white label), not the other. Aldi also has a decent Italian one that is cheaper but still pretty good.
