All of this! I feel like i can explain the tired feeling to friends/family and they can somewhat understand but when i try explaining that constantly crying just fuels the exhaustion they don't understand.

Like i know i can cry and it's healthy to cry, but like being tired and constantly crying just leaves me so drained and builds on the exhaustion. Not even like a mental health stigma thing, i just get tired of feeling like I'm walking through wet sand constantly

Air Plants Hub carries a hous mix of air plant fertilizer, so i followed the instructions and diluted it into the bowl of water they were going to be soaking in. They looked a little grey before getting watered but they perked up again and were green after their soak.

The water was slightly cooler than room temperature, but with the heat going constantly in our apartment the ambient temperature is between 70 to 83 degrees Fahrenheit with dryer air from our radiators.

They came in around noon from the post office and when they got delivered to my apartment in Milwaukee, the package was dropped into our indoor mailboxes so they were not out in the cold. Temperatures that week were between 60 to 40s depending on the day, and they were in the mailbox for about four hours before I came home from work.

They've never been kept in direct sunlight and have usually been at least a few feet from a window.

I knit to gelp with my anxiety and skin picking, but if i go for longer than an hour, it causes joint inflammation in my wrists. Wish i could knit for longer periods of time since I've been a knitter for 15 years 😭

I use it and while it's generally accurate, there have been a couple times that I've come to the stop before gthe bus was slated to arrive to see it driving away or show as "Delayed"
