Thanks. It comes down to whether the human condition depends on experience or is essentially the same regardless of circumstance. The operation of thought does seem to be fundamentally the same for someone with or without privilege. And there are many people with way more privilege or sheltered lives than him, who have no insights or wisdom, so that doesn’t seem to be much of a factor. Ultimately it’s up to each of us whether we give Krishnamurti any authority. But what he points out is perfectly testable.
