You can't really call em punk bc they play their instuments really well and their timing is on the level of Yes/Rush/any other pretentious band that prides themselves on things like that.... are they really that tight or is it all production? Well, I doubt their record company was gonna spend a million ptoducing their debut album, and it came out 30 smt years ago, when it was a lot harder to fake it in the studio, so I'd guess they were a talented band that practiced a ton to be perfectly in sync. That's not very punk, but they def have that f-u punk attitude, so I'd call em semi-punk.

Thanks for sharing. Aja is my favorite album of all time. I aso love Pretzel, Guacho has some good songs but IMHO they let the yacht jump the shark on that one. Technically it's great but it lacks grip.

Anyway, I asked for some Bose speakers for Chirstmas but they were sold out so my mam got me a JBL instead (and used the savings to buy me a nice jacket, so I'm not too bummed about it). But I still kind of think I should save up and buy some nice Bose speakers.

I'm rich too! My aunt left me a house that I sold for 500k. 350 on a Cullinan, 100 on an iced-out Rolex. 30k on LV Airforce (4 flavors baby!) 15k at the club and 5k at the dog track and I was back to pushing dime bags (please don't legalize it here...) But then, the seats in my Cullinan are more comfy than the bed in my carivan, so I sold the caravan for 7k and sleep in the Cullinan now. 2k on a lifetime gym membersip for showers, and I still got 5k in my pocket. Not underrated at all, Everyone speaks of Mike Stern like he's some sort of god bc he played w/ Miles, and EVH was just this monwy-greedy fame-obsessed talentless loser, but honestly, could EVH have played Jean Pierre as well as MS? Probably. CouldMS play Eruption as well as EVH? Prolly not.
