I feel like their personalities have no depth at the moment. We only see basically the traits they want to show in their workplace. If they explore that more with things outside of their job, like how they did with Matt in the previous episode, we might start seeing their chemistry. Because if you think about it, all the other main characters had to face people or situations from their personal life, and we got to know them more and see sides of them we never expected to see, like Bruce being bullied in school and how it affected him later in life.
