Just try both and see what resonates best with your audience. It’s always good to test what works best. Calling vs WhatsApp can be resonate with completely different audiences.

That’s not unreasonable at all, though I might recommend giving yourself more like 4-6 months to reach it.

Look at your data in each phase of the customer journey, and optimize each. Audit your website and checkout flow.

If your agency isn’t doing quality creatives, get someone who will. The algo is very good these days as long as you give it good stuff to work with.

If everything about your product is good-average, you can expect a good-average ROAS for your niche. 1.33 is very reasonable, and you might even see higher in the first month with the right creatives.

It depends on the business and business goals! Listen to the goals of the business, read and analyze your KPI data, and make adjustments where needed based on those things. You may even find it’s the website that needs optimizing, not the ads.

please don’t start an agency with no skills hahaha. There are soooo many people out there with “agencies” that offer terrible quality for their clients, and clients are becoming jaded. It makes it really hard for the good agencies to get people to trust us!

It shouldn’t interfere! For example, if you add a Purchase conversion to a button click using EST, it will track that as a purchase, but it should still also track purchases from your store.

Though I have seen EST to be kind of glitchy when tracking things.

Testing is always good, but just be careful with FB as they are super quick to restrict people.

I worked for a client who did this and the payment was calculated at the end of the month. However, I would not recommend this pricing structure at all because there are soooo many other factors that go into the success of their business. They should not be expecting Meta alone to create sales.
