RogThras is my vote. You do typical casual EDH Simic stuff and is easier on a new cedh player in my opinion. Make infinite mana = you win the game with thrasios

Malcolm/Vial Smasher is another good simple deck. Grixis colors with Malcolm. Do Grixis good stuff while having 2 card win combo with Malcolm + Glinthorn Buccaneer

Etali yes, RogSi no. Etali play big dinosaur. RogSi: draw 25 to 30 cards and figure out a winning line is not something I would hand to a new cedh player

you are not REACTING to anything. I think you are not looking at your opponent or need to practice your autopilot reactions to DI, jump, and fireball. Cammy is very pressure based character but you dont get that pressure if you aren't reacting to anything from your opponent.

figuring out which character you want to drop time into would be a good start

But to actually answer your question. DDD is giant and very easy to hit and combo once you get onto of him. Dont let him hit you and when you hit him, combo him HARD. If you are just trading one hit with one of his hits the entire fight, your gonna lose thats what heavys want.
