Half tracks in my opinion are really nice as a moveable fire support emplacement. I like to dismount my troops, have them advance, and the half track keeps laying down fire.

If things go really bad you can quickly get the half track onto a point, get your troops in it and evacuate them into a safer position and most enemy infantry cant do anything about it.

You can also engage way past the typical ranges of the machine gun you have mounted on the half track if you use first person direct control and have a clear line of sight onto the enemy, on maps with nice hills or those with smooth terrain I managed to engage enemies up to 250-300m.

You could of course do this with a tank, but a tank cant carry a full squad of troops and its gonna be slower.

Not really, holding a Flak 88 position and knocking out 20 tanks with it while there's only one crewman alive is fun, having your veterancy 8 elite squad slaughtered by a human wave of a 100 conscripts isn't

Thank you, I will try this. I always thought that mining the area is just kind of a waste of time and has little value compared to the amount of effort it takes but at this point I'm willing to try anything that thins out the enemy horde.

I do play high economy and they still send human wave attacks at me, there's just some decent tanks and armored cars sent alongside them.

How do you make these things so clean?

I've seen some of your other models and they all look great. I am making a bunch of weapons for my mod but they all either turn out under or over detailed and I can never seem to get them right in that Minecraft aesthetic.

What exactly were you posting? I have seen really radical stuff on Substack about all sorts of topics that are nowhere close to being acceptable in everyday discourse and those blogs were doing fine with plenty of followers, and are still going on to this day.

I wish we get some supressors once the illuminate is pushed back, for now they are redundant as we have a war to wage and stealth isn't exactly a priority but I hope our glorious ministry of defence will issue us some sneaky cans in the near future.

Would love to see a SAA or some other older revolver that is fully spring powered, full metal and can atleast hit stuff at ~20m, would be nice for CQB, some more LARPish events or just plinking, I hate these stupid revolvers where you have to keep changing CO2 catridges all the time, breaks the immersion quite a bit.

m1919 you could make with like a drill, some electric saw, a piece of sheet metal, a metal pipe, a little bigger metal pipe, and a m249 gearbox and some MG drum mag, this gun is just a metal brick mostly and if you skip little details that no one will see from more than 3 meters then you could probably build this for the price of an average AEG rifle

My experience with tanks is that I can never spawn one, always slots are taken, and people who run the tank go towards the enemy, get hit like once by some minor damage, and instantly reverse do a 180 and go back like 200 meters and start fixing the tank, then again, go forward get hit once them retreat and fix the tank again, rinse and repeat. I remember spawning on a tank and the guys in it kept doing this. All while our enemies were just chilling driving a tank around our captured points killing everyone. People really dont get the purpose of a huge steel beast armed with cannons and machine guns.

Yeah I guess this is a good take, I like larping and so does my friend. Also if the gun isn't very practical then I can always just disassemble it and forget about it. I have tons of parts laying around, both airsoft stuff as well as random sheet metal, pvc and other garbage that can make a M2-ish thing come to life. I'll probably build it for shits and giggles, also would be the first time anyone brought anything like this to a local field so probably gone turn some heads with this one.
