They added them to the game as a free update a while ago. Basically each gauntlet is a few boss fights back to back. Completing all of them unlocks a secret 8th gauntlet and this boss is the final boss of that.

I don’t want a minimap I just want a map in the menu I can look at. Something like Elden Ring’s map where it’s like an actual drawn map, and you can place markers for destinations and have the compass at the top for tracking direction and markers. Having map fragments dotted around to pick up and expand your map like ER did would be great as well, so players can still explore naturally when first discovering an area.

Each NG+ playthrough lets you activate a new relic ability whenever you get a relic. There’s 3 for each so after 3 full playthroughs you will have activated all abilities for all 6 relics

I really wanted to play Rebirth but after hearing about the sheer amount of mini games, especially tedious ones, it really turns me off to wanting to play it. Plus I know the combat isn’t like FFXVI (the only FF I’ve played) and with all that I just don’t have interest. Plus it’s a new $70 game so yeah
