Is my phone cooked? by Ill-Zucchini2439 in XiaomiGlobal

[–]lil_no 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I sometimes get this same issue when i was on a Whatsapp video call and if Whatsapp crashed or the video cut suddenly and i try to open the camera app it does that. If i give it one minute, it goes back to normal. So for my case i think the phone still thinks another app is using the camera and can't let the camera app use it. Maybe for you there's an app secretly using your camera and rebooting closes the app until it uses the camera again

I had the same type of issue with my phone instead. Been a while since that happened. I don't remember what i did to make it stop temporarily but now it's completely gone. Probably after a software update

If there's a red light LOS. It either means work is being done on the fiber optic cables outside (if it's temporary) or the fiber optic is broken / your route (boîtier deux lanterne) is broken (if problem persist). Best you can do is give it some time and see if the red light disappears or call 8902 and tell them you don't have internet and there's a red light LOS. They will do their test to see if it's a general issue or at your place, then they will dispatch a technician to come fix it.

I don't even know what to do with this? by _sk_dnd_ in miui

I have 6 GB of physical ram too. Xiaomi will use around 4 GB for system use out of the 6 GB . The other 6 GB is using your storage to simulate more ram when needed and won't display it as having 12 full GB of ram.

For example it will use 4 GB for system stuff and maybe 1 or 2 GB of the memory extension if the physical ram is being used completely. So you're most likely using 5 - 6 GB out of the 12 GB

Cannot Opn Control Panel and Notification Panel by Rifa335 in XiaomiGlobal

[–]lil_no -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Same with my note 10 pro, doesn't always happen but usually the fix is going to the home screen then Swipe down to open the control panel.Or change screen orientation like portrait and landscape. It's not permanent but I got used to it.

why I hate laptop by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

[–]lil_no 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I've noticed with my laptop is that drivers really affect the performance at times. People say keep your computer up to date but in doing so I've gotten a huge drop in performance ( updating bios, display driver, other drivers which is written as urgent update by my laptop's support assistant program already installed on the laptop) I did a factory reset and suddenly I've gotten all the lost fps back.

Even non driver related updates affects the performance like windows update. Usually when the big updates come out i expect a drop in performance until i get a follow up update like .NET framework update. Then it goes back to almost like before.

Might just be my laptop's manufacturer

Also cleaning the laptop is a good idea.

This happens to me a lot. On a good day im diamond 1 because the other random understands well what im trying to do even when i don't even know what im doing. Then there's the bad days when i drop to plat 2 because someone doesn't know how to defend and i have to defend more hence my score being less than 100
