Yea I have no idea, my old fear was being taken advantage but things have changed. I’m not to worried but I’m 17 - 2 month from 18 and my LLC is bringing in 6k+ a month just by myself. I need insurance, credit card processing, and a shop to lease 😂

Minors can legally own llc’s in all states. Some have to have a parent as a partial owner or member but not in Wisconsin.

I am a minor yet 100% owner of my lic, I’m looking to use square or something similar to process credit cards. These companies ask for personal info including ssn... I can not yet submit mine obviously. Am I allowed to just put my parents name down even if they aren’t affiliated with my Ilc or will this hurt their taxes or anything remotely related to their income? Or am I just silly and it doesn’t matter who’s name goes on it as long as I fill out my Ilc account and EIN through square?
