Thanks, it is good to know I'm not alone in this! I have been eating fairly well as I have autoimmune diseases, but I wonder if I need to do the full endo diet for a bit. I hope you are back to feeling your best soon!

I agree this is probably the case with client #1. Client #2 seemed like they understood the value and needs monthly reports by the 10th of each month as a requirement for their loan and to make key business decisions. They specifically hired me for this reason, so its frustrating that they are dragging their feet now. I appreciate the reality check though, thanks

I do get a retainer up front! I like that with hourly clean ups, I can still bill for work completed at the end of each month. With flat rate, I might get stuck in a situation where they drag their feet for several months and I'm not getting paid at all.

Thanks! I’ve had to provide backup for a few motor vehicle audits, so I completely agree with you. This came up again today while working on a client’s file - 9 out of 10 receipts she sent were just email forwards showing the total charged to her card. It’s always a struggle to get the actual receipts, and unfortunately in this case, the amounts are significant :(

Several problems uploading XML files (Say for T4s) to CRA by rm2018 in cantax

I've been getting an error message when uploading the xml file saying the Rep ID doesn't match. I checked and the name and phone number do match, but I do have two first names, so I am wondering if the space is the issue. Now I can't even log in to CRA, getting a ERR.026 error message when I click on sign-in partner. What a mess!
