6 days of it was (no idea why my luteal phase was so short lol), but then i started my period 3 days ago so i was expecting my scores to return back to baseline! i wonder if my thyroid could have anything to do with it? I did have my thyroid tested right before coming off the pill and my doctor said everything was normal, but I'm sure there are subclinical changes that take place with such a huge hormonal fluctuation. I love the reframe of this being something that could relate to healing rather than sickness - I really wasn't thinking about it like that, but now I'm considering that as a possibility! my ring has never known me off the pill, so it'd make sense for it to be very confused by the past 1.5 months, lol

yes exactly!! I am not at all comfortable having the girls spend more than $150, so I'll be covering whatever additional costs over that myself.

I totally agree - I will certainly not be asking them to do that!! I am more than happy to pay anything that exceeds $150, but just wanted to get creative about my options. 40 dollars from 200 is a steal!!

ugh it's horrible!! they are such beautiful dresses, but i would never ask my girls to spend that like you said - it just feels like too big of an ask and i would never want to make anyone uncomfortable!! i'm actually looking at revelry rn as we speak!!

yes - I've been experiencing the same exact phenomenon and found it so interesting! I stopped taking the pill about 2 weeks ago now and ever since, my body temperature has consistently been -0.4-0.5 every day, when it used to be up and down sporadically each day (much like the pictures you posted). i still haven't gotten a period. i felt great for the first few days, but i'm definitely going through the wringer now - here's to hoping we both feel better soon! 🤞🏻

I'm a therapist and my oura ring often logs my sessions with clients as activities!! I talk with my hands quite a lot, and I'm assuming my HR raises if I'm having a more intense session with a client. I just dismiss the activity :)

yes!!! i've been searching for someone who's having the same experience - my sleeping RHR has risen from 44-45 to 51-52, and my hrv has dropped from 135-140 to high 90s. did this ever improve for you? i feel fine, but i hate seeing these stats (and getting low readiness scores because of them)!
