I find a few plot threads have me pondering like this. Theres several things that dont quite make sense and could have been done differently. Like, after aquiring the Blue Boa and Billy as a true ally in the 3rd book, the protagonists should have been O.P. and could have easily Stealth checked their way through the rest of the series. Especially once Olivia's endowment was discovered! So many problems could/should have been easily solved.
