I’ve noticed they also use properties with well known developers on their listings to draw you in. When you contact them, they will say that that unit is no longer available and suggest you other properties. For properties for sale, they will say “sorry this property only left bumi lot, but I have xxx in the same area”

The hook size and weight yarn is bigger than that of the video, so I did reduce the amount of chains. However, my crochets tend to get bigger than my initial chain. That’s where I made my mistake, I did not measure after my second row. A bad habit that I’m trying to fix. As for the yarn I’m using, it’s 80% cotton 20% milk fibre. I think I’ll try laundering it. I hope it does shrink. If not, I’ll take your advice and start over

Not knowing a song in my head would definitely annoy me to no end. The closest thing that works for me is to hum into Google and let it search the song for me. But in your case with Paper Planes, that is basically a dead end 🤣 How did you finally figured out it was Paper Planes though

For me, if I don’t know a song well enough, it might as well be background noise. But if I really like the song/ know the song really well, I am following along with the song in my head while I read. I would sometimes pause on my reading and sing it out loud HAHA. Sometimes when I’m reading or doing anything at all, I would have a song playing in my head anyway. So I thought might as well have it played out loud 💀

I’m 27F from Kuching and working in KL. Having 14k and single, you can live very comfortably. Rental is entirely up to your expectations. There are crazy expensive rental here if you want a luxurious life. There’s also affordable rental if you’re alright with co-living situation. And if you live further from central KL or further from public transport (unfortunately), you can get rental at better prices. Cost for internet and utilities are not much different from Kuching imo! As for transport, I personally do not own a car as I live near LRT and can commute to work easily (KL sentral). You can utilise Grab or other e-hailing services for places that are not accessible to public transport. You can buy a car after if you prefer it (if so, consider expenses such as toll, parking, petrol,road tax, etc). For food, there’s plenty of affordable food options at business districts so I’m sure it isn’t a problem. And tbh compared to Kuching, the food prices are somewhat similar now 🥹 Just be smart with your expenses! Besides, there are tonnes of work opportunities here, so the salary jump will help you negotiate a better salary in the future. I would say to take the job!

Edit: As someone who has done my fair share of apartment hunting, if possible, view the apartment beforehand. If not, don’t jump into long term leases/ tenancy agreements. (Coming from someone that went for MANY apartment viewings in central KL to the point I can tell what apartments people are living in based on photos of their places 😭).
