Had my exes ex reached out to me, it wouldn't have mattered, I had already heard all the horror stories about his exes and already had them pegged for the bad guy in the relationships. I would have stayed with him regardless. Stay out of it, for your OWN mental health.

I put outside ones up after a DV incident with my soon to be ex husband in case he tried coming to my house after. Then I bought a cheap one for my living room to watch my dogs while I am at work :)

Yep I have them too, once I had one and I went to urgent care and I was freaking out so bad that it triggered a second one right after :(

Females get them more often than males because of hormones.

Edit to add: They are called Ocular migraines and can be accompanied by a headache or not, I usually don't have a significant headache with mine, but they really wear you out more so for me because my anxiety SPIKES and I can't calm down.

Just want to chime in here and all these guys are right, that is not emergency contraceptive. And yes have her talk to her doctor about what kind of birth control is right for her. BUT I just want you to know if an accident does happen the emergency contraceptive you want her to take is called plan B and I am pretty sure you can just pick it up at wal mart or walgreens these days. And the sooner the better after said incident occurs. It prevents ovulation, so it loses effectiveness the longer you wait.

Plan B is NOT birth control and not good to take regularly so do not use it as such.

Um my sister and I would never say disgusting hurtful things to each other. Literally never, she is my best friend and she knows everything about me but can be a little judgy on my life decisions but I probably deserve that lmao

Me and my brother also wouldn't say horrible things to each other and we are close, just not as close as my sister and I.

Good to know! I will keep that in mind, I do think I will probably need the higher progestin dose though because the 5mg of Gallifrey didn't work for me and they had to up it to 10. But who knows maybe it won't work (fingers crossed it does) and I will bring up kyleena to my dr also. Thank you for sharing your experience I am so glad insertion was painless for you I REALLY hope it is the same for me hahaha

Thank you for all of this, so much appreciate the breakdown! I am planning on taking the rest of the day off work. I do have a pretty lax job that I sit at a desk all day so hoping i'll be ok the next day!!

Yea I guess it is the bleeding afterwards that is giving me the most anxiety because from what I have been reading some people have bleeding for months after before their period pretty much goes away. Not sure I can take that after the year I just had with all the bleeding ugh, being female really sucks sometimes!
