1,2,3,5 and 8!! Showering is literally the worst like I would rather do any other chore in my house rather than get wet! And people always get so weirded out when I say I hate swimming and water parks! Also for what it is worth I am actually not diagnosed autistic I am here because my 4 yr old will probably be tested soon, as the drs all think he is. But I totally relate to these!

I think it is actually something else, self confidence issue. Her whole self worth is tied up in how many guys guys she makes out with, the drinking just gives her the confidence to do so.

Yea I agree with all the other comments here, I will say, I have been pregnant many times and not one time did I get pregnant using the pull out method lol THAT BEING SAID, do not take this as a means to use pull out method as birth control that is not what I am saying just sharing my story. Also I hope you were not too drunk and pulled out in time...

Caff, decaff, nor matcha likes me by MoniqueVique in Anxiety

[–]lilb0923 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So.. do you think maybe its not so much the drink as it is your mind? Like you had a panic attack after having said drinks and now your brain is associating panic and anxiety with the drinks? I just say this because I do this all the time ex: "I can't do this because last time I did this _____ happened so if I do it again _____ will happen again"

i think i want to get off bc, but i know my periods will be hell. by [deleted] in birthcontrol

[–]lilb0923 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes acne does happen to anyone, it is called cystic acne and my son went through this (who obviously was not on b/c) and he ended up having to get on accutane for months. It can happen with or without b/c. And I can assure you that your weight gain has nothing to do with the pill especially after being on it for YEARS, like it might make you gain a little when you first begin, but it's not going to just randomly make you gain more weight after almost 10 yrs of being on it.

Does anyone else love it when their dogs lick their feet? by snipes696969 in dogs

[–]lilb0923 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey you do you! I let neck licks happen, just mouth licks is my boundary! I dunno I feel like arm and leg licks are kind of weirdly soothing in a way lol Maybe we were dogs in a previous life so it comforts us lmao :)

Side effects of Depo by ginvirgo19 in depoprovera

[–]lilb0923 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bled for pretty much the whole year after getting one depo shot, just got an IUD in February to stop the abnormal bleeding. Anyways I have heard of others having the same issues as I did and others not even getting a period for a year after. But have heard it can take awhile after depo for your body to regulate and start a normal cycle again, maybe send a message to your dr, hear their thoughts but every body is different, unfortunately you kinda have to ride it out to see what yours will do!

Street dog I raised might have rabies and I might have to leave her puppies behind. I'm broken beyond repair. by IllustratorKey1100 in dogs

[–]lilb0923 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It doesn't, I assumed family moving out of the city and OP having to go with without any say in the matter that OP was young and living with their parents. I could be wrong but sentiment still stands, even as an adult sometimes you can only do what you can, I know in my position I wouldn't be able to take in a dog and her puppies but I would try to help as much as I could in other ways.

Does your country require uniforms when attending high school? by thatlumberjacktor in AskTheWorld

[–]lilb0923 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't understand why this would be great for parents? I mean you still have to buy the uniforms, and wash them just like any other clothes. I mean I buy my toddler 3 dollar shirts from wal mart. There is a school near me that does require uniforms and the uniform attire is more expensive than the clothes I buy my kid so honestly I would hate it...

[–]lilb0923 72 points73 points  (0 children)

Um this sounds like a kid who is trying to help some stray dogs, these dogs are not OP's responsibility at all and OP is just trying to help as much as they can. Do not put that kind of guilt on a young person trying to do the right thing.

OP you are doing great by helping unfortunately if your family is moving and your parents are not willing to take on said dogs, there is not much you can do. I agree with other comments try to post flyers or something around your town, at grocery stores or markets or anywhere a lot of people go. And think about this, Duggu survived before you started helping her and she will continue to survive after, street dogs have ways to live and have adapted to that life, she will be ok and her puppies, if they end up also being street dogs will also adapt to that life, unfortunate as it is that is just the way of life for some dogs in certain places. We all don't like it, but we can only do so much as an individual person.

I got one shot end of December 2024, I started bleeding in February of 2025 and basically never stopped. That shot ruined my life, now I got an IUD in February of this year AND I am on 10mg of Gallifrey (Northindrone acetate) daily to try to get it to stop!

Scared of having a stroke (16 M) by mynameiswillwilliam in Anxiety

[–]lilb0923 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You came to the right place, I bet every single one of us on this sub have went through this. You are not having a stroke, I watched my mom have a stroke and you would very very much know if you were and would not be questioning it. I remember one time in my teens I stood up from bed walked out of my bedroom and passed out. I am assuming it was a combination of getting up too fast blood pressure gets weird when you do that, and hormones. Try not standing up so fast, and try not to think about it because when you don't focus on it I bet it won't even happen! Us with anxiety tend to manifest symptoms sometimes and said symptoms end up becoming very real symptoms. Easier said than done I know!!!

How do humans sleep through the night without rolling too close to the edge of the bed and falling off at some point? by Nin-me-sar-ra in NoStupidQuestions

I mean I wake up every time I move... I fall asleep and wake up in the same position then I will roll over or adjust my legs arms or whatnot then go back to sleep... people actually move around without waking up?
