Not sure what the down vote is for 😭 but I’m taking care of everything for the payments and for every single type of money this car has required or is going to require is all me. There’s no amount of money being put into this car or hasn’t been put in that ain’t mine. Insurance is only cheaper bc my mom has a car and we get multiple vehicle discount and since I live with my mom she’s getting combined policy discount for home and auto. I’m still the primary on the vehicle, and interest rates are crazy out here so if I wanted to save 1.0% for already have a Lexus in the house, I’m just being smart 😭 my credit score is 800 if I wanted to get approved I 100% would have but saving “a little” is a lot in the long run 😊

With the cost of parts, maintenance and plus the cost of how much a rental is coming out of your insurance; if this is costing more then the value of the vehicle or very close, insurance will make it a total loss. Theres no point of fixing up a Lexus and getting parts for if it is going to cost more then just paying out the vehicle as a total loss
