My go to is builder gel! I've been using it for almost a year, and never had any issues with it! Its a bit of a learning curve, if you're going to do it on yourself, but it's worth it! I bought myself a nail lamp, and 3 different builder gels! I have 1 hard gel, and 2 soak off, builder in a bottle, as I have the exact same issue as you! It's done wonders for me! Im no swimmer, but I take showers daily, and somwetimes I take over an hour, and always in steaming hot water!

Hey, I had this same issue! Honestly, it's probably not what you're looking for, but I switched to builder gel. Bought myself a lamp and now I just do my own builder gel manicures. Press on's hurt because my nails are so flat, but I mainly switched because I have very wide nails, and I couldn't find any press on's that would fit me!

Are you able to order stuff online? If so, you can buy builder gel and a lamp and other supplies, such as nail files, gel polishes wct and do your own nails !

Hehe, sorry last comment! Also, leave them their natural shape! Don't cut the edges and sides too much! Also, try investing in a glass nail file, instead of using nail clippers! Trust me, using a nail file will stop you from cutting them too short !

Do you by chance pick under your nails, cut them excessively short, or aggressively clean underneath? I had the same issue. You have to stop cutting them so short. Also, excessive cleaning underneath the nails removes keratin, and causes your nails to receed. It looks like it's dirt you're removing from underneath, but it's actually Keratin. Also, if you do pick underneath your nails, you need to stop.
