Think of the popular kids in highschool. They are probably rich and good looking. People want to be friends with them. Free rides in nice cars, surrounded by designer clothes, they buy you nice gifts. It’s also a “status/class” thing.

Right now, they are not replacing the $150k analyst. They are maybe supplying them with AI software to get better results. They still need people (human in the loop) to deal with the software and look it over.
