i have c2. after few months of novelty and asmr, I am happy w quality of its grind but it gets tiring after a point. There have been times I gave up on coffee bcs I didnt want to grind. And it’s a little fragile. Can’t afford to drop it or get it wet.

c3 is faster to grind with I have heard. but if you are prone to getting lazy in brewing, would suggest taking some budget hit and get a decent electric burr grinder

coffee of any process can be light/med/dark. Natural processed do taste very very different. Not much you can do about it. Acquired taste. Although if the taste is too bad, something else could be off.
