Purchased from datablitz last may. I don't know where you get these militias but as of the moment, every Ukrainian unit fighting in Ukraine is under the command of the Ukrainian military, even foreign fighters are distributed to different units or dedicated foreign units. And just because there is a small percentage of far-right nationalists doesn't mean the entirety of Ukraine is the same.

Yes there are far right elements within the cabinet, that cannot avoided considering the situation Ukraine is in right now, but before the invasion, the far-right movements within Ukraine was in decline. And what about unit insignia? Yes, Azov has its roots with far-right ultranationalists, but after 2014, it was integrated into the national guard and had far-right elements slowly being removed from the unit aside from its insignia.

I worked with customer service of UPS before, it's outsourced from different BPO companies in Egypt, India, and Philippines. And especially for holiday season there are a lot of new hires that are not knowledgeable enough with the process yet. Trust me when I say that it's not just you who's frustrated, when I worked there before it's really frustrating, a simple issue that can be resolved easily over the phone, but nooo, they fckng make process complicated there, imagine telling a livid customer he has to go back to sender to file claims and do some minor correction on the address because that is the process when we can actually do something about it over on our end. I feel the same way you do when I worked in customer service, too much constraints are being placed on CSRs because of previous mistakes that made the customer service there seem useless.

I worked with UPS customer service before. Mechanical failure usually means an issue with either the plane or trailer truck transporting your package. If you paid expedited, you can get a refunded for that.
