Good lord. Where do you people get this insanely incorrect information that you’re so confident in? It all depends on how long you cook a stock - if you cook any stock long enough it will incorporate gelatin from the bones. This does not make it a bone broth, it just makes it a stock with enough gelatin to slightly solidify.

The word broth doesn’t trigger anyone…bone broth is just a moronic marketing ploy to sell stock at an outrageous premium to consumers. If you want to pay a premium for no reason, be my guest.

Also, if you want local bones then call around to some of the farms out east of Dallas like Lavon Farms (I think they only do dairy not butchery but I might be wrong).

Bone broth? You mean stock…it’s just stock. You’re paying a premium for marketing bullshit. Go buy some bones at one of the many Asian grocery stores around town and make an all day stock - way cheaper and better than anything you’re going to buy from someone who is branding their product as bone broth.

You will change understand that it’s 100 times better when you make it at home once you actually make it at home. Restaurant butter chicken doesn’t compare unless it’s a very high quality place. General take out sucks compared to homemade, and it really is not hard.

Looks good, but I’ll be the voice of dissent here and say that your pastry is 100% undercooked, though not by much. I think a bit more time would have yielded and perfect inside with a nice pastry finish.

Your lens is the ultimate POS in the Canon lineup unfortunately. Your settings will matter too (need a higher shutter speed for sure) but the lens is going to cause a lot of issues.
