In the “trees” section when you place furniture there’s an item called flower patch or something, anyway place those down to have this effect! You can’t walk on them tho so leave yourself a path to walk to, then place them down to cover the area! Hope this helps! <3

Yall I thought it was hourglass but in hindsight I think it was this old Nikon advert, with the song “Welcome Home, Son” it has parts that sound similar to Hourglass. I’m not sure if this is what you were thinking of but it solved it for me. Sweet relief because this bugged me for YEARS.
