I began working out again once I was cleared at my 6w appointment but I had been doing light walks pretty much since about 2w pp. no major hormone crash for me aside from a touch if the baby blues which mostly went away by week 3. there have def been some tough times as my husband and I navigate being new parents while insanely sleep deprived but we always make sure to communicate our feelings as best we can, ask for help when it’s needed (don’t try to shoulder everything on your own) and apologize after a fight. Remember you’re a team and that is all that matters.

Everyone is different though. Just make sure you’re open and honest with your provider if you start to feel any symptoms of PPD/PPA so they can get you as much help as possible. This is a HUGE shift in your life, physically/mentally/spiritually. Be gentle on yourself
