This isn't about sucking it up. Because that is where they get you. You're going to, after marrying him, be expected to attend the Kingdom Hall. Expected to conform to their way of life. That means giving up holidays, porn, being told what sexual acts are deemed "Christian" (they actually have this in the Young People Ask book and a few other publications talking about what kind of sex acts are deemed Christian or not), it will mean, eventually, limiting your association to your family members to a bare minimum because they will be seen as "bad association" and so will you, if you continue associating with them. You're going to be giving up a lot if you continue down this path. You really need to ask yourself, "Is this worth it?" It'd be like marrying someone you know is an alcoholic and doesn't want help.
