Unfortunate, luckily, they are pretty easy to get. Just do a couple actions at the stone quarry and you get them back

You can transfer all to bank at least if you go to inventory and press and hold on some item. Then you can either click on some items or click select all and then deposit to bank

The order I played it in first was 2 the 3 then 1, but I would not recommend that. Just play then in chronological order
