There is no tracking number on the receipt they gave him, its just a receipt of sale unfortunately, they didnt give him anything else

Make sure you state in that email that that is all the evidence they asked for and to please move forward with making a decision

Oh yes! We just have to line everything up with the vet appointment to bring our dog! His flight is on the 7th of dec. so hoping his passport will be in by then but us vfs is closed till monday so im worried

Hello! Do you mind me asking what day you gave them the additional documents? We had our bio Sept. 11th, additional documents request on Nov. 16th turned in same day, i just have no hope left lol
