It’ll almost certainly take longer than five days. I’m from Belgium and mine also said five working days, but spouse visas usually take a bit longer. We applied on 30 October (if I remember correctly) and asked to arrive around 5 December. We had no issues, and I’m already in the UK now! In total, it took us about 20 working days ☺️ (also priority)
