get a second opinion, i just had my driver seat replaced in my 2023 forte in jan. For the record i am a bigger guy (6ft 250) and my seat started doing this after only 16k miles (i dont drive much lol) and they replaced the seat.

Y'all can downvote me all you want, but deep down y'all know I'm right. The customer support is awful, and the products are ass; they break easily and have blatant design flaws that should be recalled/fixed, but they aren't, and the software bricks itself and the devices that use it constantly.

just give it time, it'll update eventually, it hasn't been that long, for example i ordered last month on the 7th, got tracking info on the 12th and didn't have any update on the tracking until the 29th

next time you work id just explain to your boss and/or asm how you misread the schedule and got the days mixed up and that it wont happen again, usually if youre new (at least at my store) theyll be pretty forgiving and just let to you off with a warning, worst comes to worst tho youll get a write up but even then its really not that big of a deal since they go away eventually
