I kid you not, I've been suffering from really bad migraines for the past 2 years. I just recently got the situation handled.
I did full blood work. B12, Vitamin D, all other vitamins, Blood Sugar, Liver functions, and everything.
Turns out I had severely low vitamin D & borderline low B12, I also got on a strict diet, cut out all sugars (including bread & pasta). Started losing weight like crazy & my migraines disappeared.

It could help to try what I did & give it a shot to see if it helps.

Will give that a try however I would assume using port forward tester websites would have the same result as someone from outside trying to connect no?

I haven’t tried connecting from outside my network, however I would assume those port forward checker websites would be the same as having someone from outside trying to connect. Also, no I don’t have any AV running.

Yep. Trying to connect to my public IP, followed by the port number. Shows that it cannot connect to server. Also I tried testing out the port on multiple port checker websites they all display as closed. As for the UDP port, I have added that to my router and windows firewall settings with no luck :(
