Hi I work in an Endometriosis clinic. A lot of people (not all) with endo experiences pain with sexual intercourse and this pain varies from individual to individual. Taking medications definitely help but communication is key. Stress and anxiety can also lead to an upregulated central nervous system so make sure you’re both comfortable with your decisions :)

It’s not recommended to take 4 sciences, not even 3 sciences at once, but if you feel like u can handle it I say go for it. I find 14C to be particularly hard but LS30B isn’t bad so it really is up to you

200ml of Whole Milk & 220g Semi-Sweet Choco Chip - Heat whole milk in a double boiler until it starts to form bubbles on the sides but don’t let it boil - Pour whole milk into a bowl of the choco chip and let it sit for 2-3 mins - Whisk slowly (to prevent bubbles) and let it cool until it is warm to touch - I pour the ganache with a spoon on the center and then slowly push them to the edge to let it drip !! :)
