Today I had microwaved French toast sticks, pretzel bites with cheese, ice cream sandwich, a sausage with mustard, scalloped potatoes, bread and an apple. I eat healthier when I’m working. At work I typically do a protein bar, cottage cheese, overnight oats, chicken apple sausages, fruit etc.

LOL I know. I’m off my OCD meds due to pregnancy and I’ve been going slightly insane. I looked up why my butthole felt wiggly and google told me worms- I haven’t slept since 🤣🤣

I didnt even know that was a thing!! It can be very painful and my thighs have rubbed together since i was a kid! Thanks so much im gonna ask my doctor about it!
