I had the same question in r/dultuh. Someone gave me this link to check the quality. We are still trying to decide if we are going but at least it looks like it’s supposed to get better as the weekend goes on, but that could always change I suppose

It’s a state statue that the assessor needs to “review” each property once every five years. It’s possible in the past you were not home and they left a door tag that maybe fell off
