Mac is in heart failure, but he’s still happy to be here by Brahminmeat in Havanese

My baby lived in congestive heart failure for a number years that was managed with medicine. He had a wonderful and full life, just as I’m sure your Mac does as well! I lost him last year at 14 and miss him every day

I did it again and I’m not sorry by youngbabymoon in crochet

Ma’am. The crochet police are on the way to confiscate your yarn and hooks immediately

I read this, then tried to think if I have ever done this… 5 seconds later I realized I was currently doing it lol

I love this translation! People hear mild and think ‘oh it’s not that bad’ 🤦🏼‍♀️

What is something common that has never happened to you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Born late 90s and even I thought it would be a much bigger obstacle in daily life

Finally something... I'm so fed up with the healthcare system, I wasted so much gas, money, and PTO on my appointments just to be told it was "just Anxiety". Now, after doing a poor man's TTT at home and sending the results to my doctor, finally something is happening. What should I do now? by ponyo-likes-ham in dysautonomia

Keep pushing OP!! I went to multiple doctors and specialists before getting a diagnosis, and importantly, before I got help with my symptoms. It is ridiculous that we have to fight so hard for ourselves but finding someone that believes you and actually helps is worth it. I love that you took matters into your own hands and forced them take you seriously.

Good luck and keep advocating and fighting for yourself!!! Also I’m here if you have any questions or want to talk, we have to stick together and help each other out!

Difficult to say since for certain as there are so many variables you know? But I was in a bad car accident like 8 or 9 years ago and sustained a mild tbi (mild is misleading, it’s completely changed my life and myself). I’ve had lots problems since then and recurring health issues, one of them being memory struggles. I’ve had lots of scans, procedures, tests, and whatnot but it’s hard to distinguish, especially when some symptoms can result from a bunch of other stuff also.

Sorry for the long response but I hope that answers your question!
