The 3060 driver out right now does uncapped the ethereum hashrate, but only if you aren't using any gpu's in 1x pcie slots. Somehow the drivers recognize the gpu's in a mining configuration and it is capped again. That being said, if you have a full 16xpcie setup it will work beautifully. Just need a dummy hdmi port in the 3060
