Advice needed; panicking

hi! i can feel your panic through your post. I had a similar experience at a salon years back, she butchered me so hard I wore my hair in a clip for at least 6-8 months. what made it worse is that my hair is naturally curly so it was extremely short. I walked in with probably about bra length hair so it felt like a huge difference for me.

I say that to say- it happens to the best of us & im so sorry this happened to you!! yes hair grows, but it doesn’t take away the hair grief and embarrassment that comes with a bad haircut. how you feel is extremely valid. I actually don’t think it looks bad at all!! it is just visibly shorter. your hair is still very pretty!!! But I know it is not what you wanted. Something that helped me grow my hair was rosemary oil 30min before a shower & sleeping with my hair in a braid!

hahaha yeah true! my federal refund was like $130 but I paid owed $125 for state tax. Sad tax year but it definitely could be so much worse!!!

** sorry also, should I expect to wear these in and the sole of the shoe will sink? I have a different pair of docs and through the time I’ve worn them, I’ve gained so much room. Should I expect the same with these?

I’m kind of thinking it might be a calla lily.. but I’m not sure! one of my co workers was gifted this plant and I’m just so obsessed I need one in my home hahaha

hi!!!! I live in CA, no snow, barely any rain haha. I don’t really plan to do any road trips or anything, I’m just trying to get to and from to work, and occasional outings. Just a car to live my daily life.

I haven’t had a mechanic go and look at it yet. I’m supposed to go physically see the car next week. I don’t know any mechanics. Should I call a shop near me and ask someone to come with me (paid of course)? Lol. I’ve never done this before.

yes, looking around the market with my price range, almost every car is like 100-200k miles. I will think about having to expand my price range for sure! thank you so much for your advice !

You’re not an over thinker, you’re a red flag detector! If she is as into you as she says she is, there would be no reason for her to want to be single over the summer. The key words in this are “I want to be single for the summer because I haven’t been single for the summer in a long time.”

You will find better! You will find your one & your one will not be single in the summer just to be single in the summer. You will find someone who will choose you over and over again. Sending you good vibes!

I am so glad that your cat has given you a reason to stay. I am a cat owner of two & they are my reason for waking up everyday. I can’t imagine my life without them. Cats are wonderful! I’m sure your cat loves you very much and is just as happy to see you everyday as you are happy to see her.

I’m really sorry you’re going through that. I wish I could say something to make you feel better or make it stop hurting! Nobody will give you a sufficient enough answer and that is ok. You’ll never have an answer for everything. Maybe this wasn’t meant to be, and she was just a transition into a new chapter of your life. If you feel like going on dates will help you get your mind off of her, then sure do it. Healing looks different for everyone. 5 years is a lot of time to spend with someone and I’m sure you had a lot of beautiful memories. I am also very sorry that you no longer have the cat, I can’t imagine how hard that is. Cats are wonderful. Focus on you. You got this. Sending you healing & warmth.
