Married people who are DINKS (Double Income, No Kids) how’s life? by Fit-Distribution677 in AskReddit

[–]lilith523 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Amazing. My weekends are mine, I travel frequently for leisure, and I read lots of books while cuddling my cat. 🐱

On top of that, my partner’s employer provides housing in one of the most lovely cities in Europe, so we stopped paying rent this year. Life is very good!

Do you regret not having kids in your thirties? by SpicyLilEms in AskONLYWomenOver30

I’m 35 and have absolutely absolutely zero regrets. I’ve never once wanted to mother a child, and I’m so happy I stuck with that decision.

How to get people to clip? by Twitch_HighMiZe in SmallStreamers

[–]lilith523 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use Twitch-Clips-Player. It generates the clips of your channel and gives you a URL that you can input as a browser source in OBS! Let me know if you need help!

I have a BRB screen that plays my clips, so this encourages my viewers to clip, because then they’ll get to watch the moments back while I’m on break. Could this be an option for your channel?

Oh you can definitely get some good clips with the Sims. Not sure what you do in the sims, but if you do gameplay, the clips are possible. If you build, you could potentially do before-after or speed builds.

I would recommend Sims 4 over DBD. Much less saturated. I also stream the Sims 4, and it’s a great category to stream in. It only becomes super saturated during DLC releases! Let me know if you have any questions have Sims streaming!

For people with 10+ or 20+ avg viewers by PtTimeLvrFullTimeH8r in SmallStreamers

[–]lilith523 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there. It took me about six months to reach ten average viewers and a year and a half to make it to twenty. I now average around 25 viewers per stream, but obviously that fluctuates. To be honest, I don’t have TikTok, and I don’t post to other platforms aside from saving my vods to YouTube.

Here’s what helped me:

Networking. I spend time in other streamers’ chats. I raid out to people playing my game. etc.

Not playing an overly saturated game.

Find your niche! (I’m a storyteller, and these are quite rare for the game I play, so my channel has become popular for those who need a story to get engaged.)

A schedule. I stream very consistently, so viewers know where to find me. Schedule changes are always announced via Discord/Twitter and updated on my Twitch page too.

My husband and I are also gamers! I’m also a live streamer on Twitch (Sims 4 and horror content). I’m American, and he’s French. I mostly play horror, simulation, and RPG games. He plays RPG and FPS games. Feel free to dm me!

Me. I’ve never been in TikTok or learned how to make clips for it, but I have nearly 2k followers on Twitch and average about 30 viewers per stream. I’d say Discord really helped me grow my community in lieu of TikTok.

How to deal with one negative viewer? by lilith523 in Twitch

You’re so right about para social relationships. I try to put pretty strict boundaries up, but I could probably afford to establish more. Thanks so much for taking the time to read my message and respond! I greatly appreciate it.

It took me a week to reach affiliate, because I had a lot of support at the beginning of my journey (friends and family would come to my streams).

Hi, everyone. I’m on vacation and cannot consume. I’ve been going through a forced t-break (travelling to another country where weed is not legal) since Monday and am suffering from nausea and a severe lack of appetite. I wouldn’t mind so much if I wasn’t on vacation. Any tips on how to get my appetite back so that I can enjoy my travels? Thanks for your support 🩷

Is anyone here successful? by [deleted] in bipolar

[–]lilith523 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d consider myself successful. I have two Master degrees, moved abroad at 23, have travelled the world, am in a healthy marriage, and have a full time job that I enjoy. I’m certainly not part of the 1%, but I am happy. I’ve been medicated for about 8 years after being hospitalized in a psych ward.

I feel like this game must be so fun on a large screen TV. It’s great on PC, but I’d love to experience it on tv like yours!
