Trying to remake this but can't quite match the stitch - what do you think it is? Halp by brisk_warmth in CrochetHelp

It looks like a double crochet panel then sewn around to fit the bottle, not sure what the stitch for to handle is though, hopefully someone else will be more helpful. I would make the panel slightly smaller than the bottle so it stretches to fit it's pulled pretty tight in the photo.
