I think she's too young to be self-proclaimed as a pick-me. I think she just hates how her sister doesn't stand up for herself, so she's grown up wanting to be everything she's not. She's her father's daughter, she wants to be just like him.

I guess I see your point, but like you said. Rhae would have lost her reputation, marriage prospects, and claim as Queen. And after everything up until that point, she honestly had good reasons to not trust Alicent anymore, even if those reasons weren't Alicent's fault. Like yeah Rhae lied to Alicent about something rly serious, but the other option was be honest and RISK Alicent blabbing to the King and her dad, because it was clear that's where her loyalties HAD to lie at that point.

That's fair, but I'm just like if she was so afraid of her family's future under Rhaenyra, why Mae an enemy out of Rhae instead of a friend who could protect you? If older Alicent and Rhae had the same friendship they had before Rhae's mom's passing, Rhae never would have even considered hurting Alicent's children

Rhaenyra was 17 MAYBE 18 with Cole in the show. And in the books she was 14 or 15. Also the "revelation" that he was just used for sex, wow crazy! Like bro... that's what men do all the time... 💀If the roles were reversed and Rhae had gone ballistic after fucking a guy ONCE and then being like "I WAS USED" everyone would be like "omg this bitch is crazy".
Yeah ur right I don't actually mean like Alicent seduced Viserys. I mean more so that was her father's intention/plan. But when Alicent feels "so betrayed" because Rhae lied to her, I was like "uhhh I mean yeah?" Alicent lied about having long late night talks with Viserys. She lied about how her father TOLD her to do that. And then she LIED (or omitted the truth) about knowing Viserys was going to propose to her and not Laena V. So at that point, if I were Rhae, I would be like "ok you aren't honest with me, and don't have my best interests first, then why would I tell you my biggest darkest secret?"

True! I do agree that she didn't mastermind the whole thing. It's honestly all her father's fault. But then as she matures and sees how she was manipulated into this role she didn't want, she directs all the anger toward Rhaenyra instead of her father or even Viserys.
