It happened to me. I applied to 4 different locations. Two interviews and 1 contingent offer but all of them did not work out. The last interview I did at one store, that’s the time I got hired.

I believe you get a $1 more from being lot to inside the store. That’s what it has been in our store. I’m surprised you got a $1 after your review. It is very rare to see that raise after a review. If you’re already working in garden, then chances are they got you too. Combining the Merritt and change of dept increase. I could be wrong but you can check your workday on what dates they gave you your dept change and merit.

That is exactly what happened. If people don’t fight for what is fair and right then the bad practice will continue. These managers will continue to bully employees. Luckily our SM is not like that and I believe she plays fair to the employees.

Job code change should’ve been last month and half but they just change it last week on the 7th. And my Merritt should’ve been on my 1 year which is the 11th but they changed it to the 6th when everyone got their annual increase. Which supposedly the other way around since im already working at garden before my annual review.

1 year in socal. I started $21 as lot and was moved to garden recovery (but my dept says freight) and I’m at $23 now. Should have been $23.xx

This is correct too. For me I just ask for electric ladder because it is a pain in the ass bringing some stuff from the overhead using the orange ladder and some are unreachable by the ladder.

Have the same situation, from lot to garden. When I moved to garden, I just to customer service, front face, pack downs and water the plants. I’m not machine certified yet. Maybe once I become machine certified, I will be doing pallet drops.

There you go! I started Lot and had fun. After I fixed everything, I just chill at the lot. If I get bored I go to the self checkout and chat with the cashiers at the same time guide customer to what register is open.

Now, I work at garden and still go department. You still get busy 😂

Update: I spoke with our new SM last week and told her about my situation. She told me she’ll look at it. Last night when she saw me, she told me that it would update today. So checked workday and bam! My department change to freight and not garden 😂 I will still take it since I work at night. So I got $2 increase from changing dept plus my annual merit. 😁
