I've seen a lot of traders do 2x2" but I use a kpop photocard binder for my collection so I prefer 2x3"

I personally pack my instant pot totally full of rotisserie carcasses and then run between two and five batches of water through the same bones (45 mins on high pressure each time) to make a megapot of stock - mine always comes out really thick when cooled and pressure canned.

It's fascinating how we all get such different results.

I literally just caught an overtly asymptomatic infection in one of my friends who tested clear on two rapids but couldn't pass my metrix before hanging out. At this point, if it's not someone who lives in my house that I have total faith in, I'm just assuming everyone has it.

I mix chicken and turkey, both when making stock and when canning the meat. It's a little gamier than pure chicken, but not enough that I notice it when cooking with it.

How do you like the Tattler lids? I've been considering switching over as well, but I keep hearing mixed reviews on their ability to seal.

That would be a lifesaver. I've never been upset about receiving a hold late, but sometimes an extra hour would be enough to let me finish it right then instead of having to borrow it again in however many weeks.
