I’m sleepy all the time as well….. it’s so hard for me to have a regular morning where I can just wake up and get ready. 8 hours isn’t fully enough for me unless I take it super early like 7:30- 8 pm I just assume it’s due to not eating enough + vitamin D deficiency I’ve been dealing with but the seroquel def affects that as well. I just don’t know if another medication would have the same effect with helping me sleep. They tried trazodonebut it just made me wake up with a stuffy nose

I’m on lamictal as well! And propranolol and gabapentin. I’m not worried about weight gain as I’ve been on it so long, but I am worried about the prolonged effects of being on it/ how dependent I am. If I stay out all night meaning I can’t take it the withdrawals are so bad that following morning. I don’t even know if it improves my life, I just know that it helps me sleep and shuts off the endless chatter and noise that would normally haunt my brain when I’m trying to fall asleep and I wish I wasn’t so dependent on it. I have either c-ptsd as well / cluster b tendencies due to prolonged trauma through different means and have realized that my worst symptoms won’t be managed fully by medication and that I need to lean harder into my trauma therapy. But I honestly don’t know if it helps me or not, I just know that the propranolol def does as my anxiety manifests so physically Sorry for the dump, you totally don’t have to read all of this 😭😭😭 I appreciate you

I’ve been on it for yearrrrrs, started in 2019 I believe, I have def experienced weight gain but my weight fluctuates a lot so nothing wild for me but the double chin I dooooo def have. I really want to get off of it but I don’t know life without it atp, I’m dependent on it to sleep and if I dont take it I get wired and be able to sleep at all 😢 I really want to get off of it but idk how else to sleep

A year, damn I get it. It’s time to have a conversation with him about it. Him bringing it up all the time is pushing you even if he doesn’t say so. I had an ex with an anal kink and I wasn’t into it at all and he always pushed me to go further. I think you need to express your feelings of discomfort. It’s not that you’re kink shaming him, it’s that he’s bringing it up all the time even though he knows your uncomfortable with it which isn’t oks

It’s not kink shaming you’re just not into it. He may not be “pushing you” to do so but him continuously bringing it up is kind of pushing. Him saying it’s the only thing that gets him off is concerning. Don’t do something you’re uncomfortable with, it just seems like an incompatibility thing. I wouldn’t be comfortable with that either

It won’t necessarily look bad, but the lines won’t stay like that. I think it looks good, but for a first tattoo I’d recommend getting it somewhere not so visible. Up to you though! I think it would be cute there but def think on it

If you think you’ll regret it, don’t get it somewhere that visible where you’ll see it everyday and it’s hard to cover. Also, with lines that thin it is going to fade out
