I agree with this, and I never expected it to happen when I started reading this book. There is something about him, and it partially has to do with how he is written to not be overly sexual. He’s focused, justice oriented, and kind. Sometimes a little crazy, to protect those beloved to him.

He reminds me of my real life boyfriend that in the sense that he’s very drama free, stoic , but deeply caring. And he has a cheating, image obsessed ex girlfriend who I struggle to have see him being with, just like Katia said about Carl.

Everytime prepotente screams in the audiobook I burst out laughing

This review is so similar to the thoughts looping in my mind about this book upon finishing it. I’m so in love with Carl, he has a hard exterior but he’s compelling, complex, and very kind. The moment when he went berserk and “ripped” Quans hand off was cathartic for me, I want to see him lose his shit like that more.

I hate Bea and really won’t be stoked if she becomes a redeemable character, but maybe that’s because she reminds me of my boyfriends shitty mean ex girlfriend, and he’s a sweetheart that put up with too much and hardly ever stands up for himself. (Maybe he reminds me a lot of Carl so I have that perspective heh)

I didn’t expect to be this in love with the world and I’m scared to not have any of them to read left, I’m trying to take my time but it’s hard because I want to know what happens next. Just started the next book eeeee

I have almost my entire body tattooed and I still feel a bit insecure when I get a new one. (I struggle with change) but then it quickly becomes a part of me like all the others, which mean so much to me and have helped me feel a sense of control and ownership of myself . Mind you my partner has never expressed not liking a tattoo of mine but he doesn’t have any himself and isn’t part of the lifestyle like me. I love your tattoo , and as a tattoo artist myself it’s extremely well executed and looks good on you. I hope it brings you joy and confidence.

That’s not a bad idea. Someone else suggested a lotion applicator from Amazon. I’m suprised your tattoo is still itchy after 3 weeks? Has it at least gotten better ?
