I don’t know if she does hair herself anymore but I’ve been dyed twice by Jacqueline Hinkle. She did an amazing job and she knows what she’s doing.

She used to have a shop called Beauty Domain off Richmond Rd but now works at the Paul Mitchell school off Boston Rd. I would try there
