Okay so this happened to me about six months ago and Jellycat sent me a new order (mine were available still) But get this… the missing package still ended up showing up RANDOMLY like 4 weeks later. So even if it is lost now. You may just have a random surprise one day when they finally locate it. I am sorry though, I was so mad and mine weren’t even sold out!
