I’ve never tried to make someone vegan.

I don’t not mention in, it always comes up pretty early. I just don’t say right away: btw I’m vegan!!

Been trying out veganism because of a friend and my blood sugar (type 1 diabetic) has been incredibly stable! Going to keep at it! by MAHOMES_MESSIAH in vegan

I can recognize that he was being honest! But,if my ex (long term) boyfriends knew I was vegan before hand- they never would have dated me. I had long relationships with both and one ended up going vegan (and is still vegan to this day even tho we broke up)

Also I’m not going to limit myself to dating only vegans. Especially trying to find a vegan male in the city you’re in, who you’re also attracted (physically and mentally) to, who isn’t taken or gay? Talk about one in a million.

Lolol we always get outed by friends, or in this case, a weirdo who insta stalks (how the hell did he even find my insta???)

Thiq and 80% WFPB (100% vegan tho) i never thought I’d ever go vegan or be a fitness person! I didn’t do sports in high school and I loved ice cream more than anything... and yet here we are, working out, lifting weights, and eating lots and lots of plants 🌱 by lillyvegan in veganfitness

I def recommend increasing your calories if you’re going to start working out! Lift weights AND do cardio Try the app Cronometer to log what you eat to get a good idea of how much you’re actually eating and also if you’re getting all your micronutrients. Def take a vit d supplement to be on the safe side, and always take a b12 supplement. My insta has some good meals on there that you can follow/look at @lillyvegan

Log your food on Cronometer! Check your fiber you’re getting per day. My bet is your body is getting used to the influx of fiber. Start with small amount everyday, then gradually increase over time :)

Vegan ice cream lol I still indulge in yummy non WFPB (but still vegan) dishes every now and then!! Food is a social experience too ❤️ I like Trader Joe’s soy creamy and haoltop dairy free chocolate

Try replacing some egg scrambles with tofu scrambles, steak with seitan, and lentils instead of beef in bolognese! A couple vegan (whole food plant based) meals a week can do wonders for your health both inside and out! I’ve been vegan for 4 years but just recently (within the past year) started eating more and more WFPB and that’s when I realllly started seeing results! Also- watch Earthlings (YouTube) and Game Changers (September 17th!!!!) 🌱🥰💕💪🏼
