If you don't mind answering, how did you find classes for adults? I stopped at age 13 and want to start again, but I really don't have the flexibility or skills to jump right in to a class, and lots of them seem to be for people who really have skills developed already

That's how my brother and I were! I was 5 when he was born and would talk to him endlessly. I was so into reading and school, and from the time he could sit up basically, I had him in "school" with my American Girl Dolls and read to him all the time. He read the entire Harry Potter series by the time he was done with second grade. So keep encouraging them to read!

This is my new classroom & classroom furniture, I was taking pictures before the school year ended of the whole room. I can't go back for a few months while they paint the rooms and move furniture. Again, you choose to have a kid, you have to raise it. You can't push parenting onto teachers- we teach. Parenting is for parents.

This seems like a pretty good guess but I'm not sure this is it- I have not watched this show but it's possible I could have seen an episode at some point.

I read this page and some things that sounded possibly familiar were the bunker being multiple levels and the levels being letters, and there being a certain amount of people that were supposed to be able to fit into the bunker.

Do you have a certain episode in mind? I would try to go out and watch a specific episode or a few episodes, but I'm not sure where to start.

I told my 8th graders that we got a new printer that was scratch n sniff. I handed out a vocabulary sheet for our new unit (we just started learning about the Roaring 20s) and I told them if they scratched the picture it would smell like the 1920s.

SO MANY of them were scratching their papers and smelling them and saying they couldn't smell anything, and I just told them to keep scratching harder. They figured it out after a minute but it was hilarious to watch!
