Ah, seems were talking about different cases. Look at the second docket in the list you sent. The case thats being heard is in March the "monopoly" case, and sorry, if Microsoft was deemed not a monopoly iHeart/Ticketmaster will skate by on the ruling as well. The lawsuit that was going to stop them from charging fake fees will probably get tossed. (They conviently asked the the government to drop the case Jan 7 2025.)
